While it should be noted that firstly, the efficiency of these two fertilizers is low for various reasons, including mismanagement of fertilizer subsidies, and secondly, the use of these fertilizers because they cause the accumulation of nitrate (NO3) and cadmium (Cd) in agricultural products. , Do not play a very positive role in sustainable production and community health. Paying such a heavy subsidy only to these two fertilizers has made farmers, in addition to excessive consumption and waste of these two fertilizers in the country, not very willing to use other fertilizers, especially bio, organic and micronutrient fertilizers. However, the use of recent fertilizers, in addition to being compatible with the environment, have a very positive role on human health. Therefore, in the current stage, scientific management of production and consumption of fertilizers is inevitable, in order to improve the health of society by reforming the structure of production - optimal use of fertilizers and the production of healthy agricultural products. On the other hand, there is a positive relationship between optimal fertilizer consumption and production of healthy agricultural products. Therefore, the authorities should observe this important principle in providing the amount, time of use and appropriate type of fertilizers in the production of agricultural products in practice and to prevent the burning of crop residues, observing the principles of optimal fertilizer use, enrichment of agricultural products on the farm, scientific management Production and consumption of fertilizers, approval of criteria B of Article 61 of the Fourth Development Plan Law, prevention of phosphate fertilizers containing more than 25 mg / kg of cadmium, removal of subsidies from nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers and allocation to bio, organic, micronutrient fertilizers And sulfur to increase yield, improve the quality of agricultural products and produce healthy products.
